Evening Dubai Safari Options
Most people book an evening trip, and for good reason. You get golden light on the dunes, a sunset stop and dinner with shows after dark. Every evening trip runs from roughly 2 PM to 9 PM.
Evening Dubai Safari, AED 80
This is our best-value trip. The evening Dubai safari includes 4x4 pickup, dune bashing, a camel ride, a buffet dinner and four live shows. For a classic first desert trip, start here.
The AED 100 Evening Trip
For a little more, you get a few extras, such as sandboarding and henna, along with a BBQ dinner and pickup in an air-conditioned car.
The VIP Trip at AED 120
Prefer a little more comfort? Our VIP Dubai safari includes VIP seating, a BBQ buffet and four live shows. It's a small step up in price, but the evening feels more relaxed.
The Premium Trip at AED 230
For the most comfort, choose our premium desert safari Dubai package. It comes with premium service at the camp, and a quad bike can be added on top.
For Thrill Seekers
Some people want to do more than sit in the back of a car. These packages are for them.
Safari With Quad Bike, AED 160
You get the full evening trip plus your own quad bike ride on the dunes. It runs from about 2 PM to 9 PM, and it's one of our most-booked trips for groups of friends.
Buggy and Quad Bike Safari, AED 200
Why choose between a buggy and a quad? Try both. Our buggy and quad bike safari comes with helmets and safety gear, and the timing is flexible.
Hummer Dubai Safari, AED 140
A Hummer gives more info the dunes a whole new feel. Our Hummer Dubai safari runs from about 2 PM to 9 PM, and finishes with dinner and shows at the camp.
Morning and Overnight Packages
Sunrise Desert Safari Dubai, AED 140
If you love quiet mornings, the sunrise desert safari Dubai trip is for you. It runs from about 8 AM to 11 AM, with photo stops on the dunes and water and soft drinks included. You're back by lunchtime, so the rest of the day is yours.
The Overnight Trip at AED 260
If you really want to feel the desert, stay overnight. Our overnight Dubai safari runs from around 2 PM until 9 AM the next morning. You get the evening programme, a night in the camp, stargazing and breakfast.
Self Drive Package
If you have your own 4x4, the self drive safari costs only AED 40 per person. You meet us at our parking area at about 3 PM, and the evening ends around 9 PM. It's the lowest-cost way to enjoy the camp, dinner and shows.

The Basics You Always Get
No matter which trip you choose, some things never change. Our camps are built in a traditional Bedouin style, with low seating, soft lights and plenty of space. Dinner has both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Pickup and drop-off are confirmed 24 hours before your trip, so you're never left waiting and wondering.
We also run trips from Abu Dhabi for AED 140, plus city tours of Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Hatta, if you'd like to see more of the UAE.
How the Evening Goes
The trip starts with a pickup from your hotel in the early afternoon. Once the city is behind you, the road turns to sand. The driver lowers the tyre pressure, and the dune bashing begins. The car goes up, over and down the dunes at angles that make everyone shout. It's bumpy, but it's a lot of fun.
Next, you stop on a high dune to watch the sunset. Then you drive to the camp for a camel ride, dinner and the shows. At around 9 PM, it's time for the drive back to your hotel.
What If I Get Car Sick?
Our drivers do this every day and know the dunes well. Seatbelts stay on the whole way. If you feel car sick easily, eat light and sit in the front. If you're pregnant, have a bad back or have a baby with you, tell us when booking, and we'll suggest the best package.
Questions We Hear Every Day
Why pick the Hummer?
If you want something different from a normal 4x4, yes. The Hummer is bigger and feels more powerful on the dunes, and it makes for great photos.
Which package is best for families?
The Evening Dubai Safari at AED 80 or the VIP trip at AED 120 work well for families. Children enjoy the camel ride and the shows.
Do prices include pickup?
Yes, all our guided trips include pickup and drop-off. The self drive package is the only one where you drive yourself.
What should I wear?
Light, loose clothes and comfortable shoes are best. In winter, a light jacket is a good idea for the evening.
Can I book for a big group?
Yes, just tell us how many people are coming and we'll plan the cars.
